Blog rules to tighten things up

Rules for writing blogs help keep things tight, consistent and to the point, as well in line with disability access.

Paragraphs should be 25 words max, and headlines no more than 10 words. Sub-headings a bit less.

They should both be formatted to allow software used by the visually impaired to identify and read them aloud.

Key words should be bold and/or linked to help scan readers. But there shouldn't too many as this will make the page look cluttered.

Write 2-3 paragraphs in each sub-section (ie the bit under each sub-heading).
